Service Appointments
Scheduling a service appointment through our website or by phone constitutes an agreement to be present at the service location during the scheduled time window. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Estimates and Pricing
Repair estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of diagnosis. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair, in which case you will be consulted before additional work is performed.
Warranty
Repairs performed by North Shore Cooling & Refrigeration using genuine Sub-Zero parts include a warranty on both parts and labor. Specific warranty terms are provided with each repair estimate and invoice.
